Personal Assistant (PA)

£28,000.00-£35,000.00 per year - Hybrid, within easy reach of Cosham, Hampshire

We’re looking for an experienced Personal Assistant who is highly organised, friendly, energetic and trustworthy to join the team at Zivio, living within easy reach of Cosham (Hampshire) with excellent organisational and administrative skills. This is a rare opportunity to join a, profitable and growing business that is achieving great things whilst supporting a healthy work-life balance.

The primary purpose will be to provide effective Personal Assistant support to our CEO and as such you will need to be an exceptionally well-organized individual with proven experience as a Personal Assistant (PA) or Executive Assistant (EA), as well as being extremely trustworthy and capable of maintaining confidentiality when dealing with sensitive business information. Reporting to the CEO, this role will be flexible but will include some time working in our office space in Cosham, Hampshire.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the CEO and contributing to the efficient functioning of the organization.

Sales Development Representative (SDR)

£24,000.00-£30,000.00 per year plus bonus/commission - Hybrid, within easy reach of Cosham, Hampshire

We’re looking for a talented and highly motivated person to join the commercial team at Zivio, living within easy reach of Cosham (Hampshire) with excellent sales/lead generation skills and the ability to assist with basic social media marketing. This is a rare opportunity to join a, profitable and growing business that is achieving great things whilst supporting a healthy work-life balance.

This is an outbound sales and lead generation role so you need to be hungry, tenacious, well organised and resilient. It’s a very rewarding opportunity for someone who is keen to pursue a career in sales as we will provide the support and training to help you hit the ground running and progress rapidly.
